Payment
All courses are run in blocks of between 5-8 weeks. Payment is made before the first class of each block and a priority booking deadline will be given. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque (made out to Rebecca Tovey). Your space will be confirmed once I have received payment.
Swaps / Make-up Classes
Classes should be booked for an entire block. ‘Drop-in’ classes are not available. I run a full and busy timetable and there are always opportunities to make up for missed lessons by arranging for you to attend another class (please give 24 hours prior notice). This might be at a different time/location to your original class.
Refunds
All courses are run subject to numbers and in the event of the course not running your money will be refunded in full. However, once the course starts and if you are unable, for whatever reason, to attend all or some of the lessons paid for, refunds are unfortunately not given. However, make-up classes are available when 24 hours’ notice is given.
For private clients, please be advised that I run a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours’ notice, full payment will be required.
